Working with Raffini was an absolutely wonderful experience. I had recently gotten engaged and the ring was a family heirloom from my grandmother. After searching online for jewelers I found Raffini and was immediately impressed with all of his great reviews and examples of his work. I contacted him via email and met with him shortly after to get the ring resized and also to strengthen the band. He provided me with a fair quote and finished the job in a timely manner while also communicating with me during the entire process. I met with several jewellers and 'diamond experts' searching for the perfect engagement ring, and more importantly, the perfect experience. I liked Raffini the second I met him. He was knowledgable, engaging and a pleasure to deal with, which made it an easy decision. Raffini made my wife the most beautiful engagement ring. It was exactly what she wanted, and she loves it. I found Raffini through a google search and found that his track record is impeccable and thought this was too good to be true! Working with Raffini to create the wedding bands for my fiance and I was the most seamless part of our wedding planning! My fiance and I are quite different people and Raffini was able to read both of our minds and create wedding bands that suited each of our needs perfectly. He gave us the freedom to explore of our own tastes and opinions and provide insightful advice based on his experience and knowledge. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. Raffini has created the perfect wedding rings for us! He was a pleasure to work with through out the process from helping us design the rings and the look we wanted, all the way through to completion. His advice and input was invaluable. The workmanship was fantastic, and he was happy to accommodate our late request for engraving. Nothing was too much trouble. The rings were completed when stated and he was always available for any questions we would have. Raffini Jewellers are true professionals and focused on customer satisfaction. Extremely easy to deal with, deliver what they promise with the end product being exquisite. My 'dress' ring became an engagement ring, with two wedding bands then being required. Raffini has now promised both rings will be handcrafted within two (2) weeks!! I can't wait to see them now. If my engagement ring is anything to go by, they will be beautiful!

My (now) fiance went to Raffini to design my engagement ring and it is amazing!!! I had no input (it was a total surprise!) and it's my perfect engagement ring. It's so unique, yet beautiful in it's total simplicity. My fiance said that Raffini made the process seamless from beginning to end. He talked him though everything and together they came up with the perfect ring. I have since met Raffini myself as the ring needed to be resized (so hard to get the size right when it's a total surprise!) and he also made that process so seamless. It's a wonderful experience talking to him about the whole process. He doesn't treat it as a transaction, he's so interested in the love story! I can't recommend Raffini highly enough! Every aspect of my dealing with him was of the highest order and, as well as being an expert craftsman, he was extremely patient and easy to deal with. I already had a diamond that I wanted to get set into an engagement ring. I initially visited a number of different jewellers in Sydney but Raffini made me feel so relaxed and confident that I knew the end product would be amazing. It was a no brainer to choose him. He has a very easy going manner and listened to my thoughts and ideas. His recommendation on the setting was perfect and the entire process was so easy. The finished ring looks absolutely stunning and my partner loves it. The detail and workmanship is amazing. If you want the perfect engagement ring, look no further than Raffini.

My fiance loves the ring that Raffini made. As I had proposed before I had a ring. We decided to create a custom designed engagement ring together. Raffini acted incredibly professional since the first meeting to the final delivery. He understood what I needed and helped me to take it to the next level by always highlighting the design pros and cons so that I could make an informed decision. I made some changes after the structure inspection and he never hesitated on listening and working with me to create the perfect ring. The shape of the engagement ring made us think that a custom designed wedding ring would be the best option and a friend recommended Raffini. To all that are lucky enough to hear about Raffini, First off: She said YES! I am an expat living in Sydney, and had no "diamond guy" here. A friend recommended Raffini, and it's the best piece of advice I've received. A surprise engagement abroad is enough to plan, so having Raffini supporting me through the diamond design and ring production process made things easier on me. Raffini is a living example of how if you love your work, you never work a day in your life. This man loves his craft, and it shows in his final product. It is one-of-a-kind art, and he includes you in the design, creation, and review. He is a small shop, and it felt great to me that the jeweller and his work bench were right there when I arrived for the first time. My girlfriend needed a resizing and he handled her with grace. She loves the ring. Since the engagement, we had wedding bands designed around her engagement ring, and a set of earrings. Same professionalism for every piece.

Having visited several other jewellers in searching for engagement rings before we met Raffini, his approach stood out and separated him from the rest. We first inspected and chose our ‘perfect’ diamond and from there Raffini custom makes a ring that showcases the diamond through numerous consultations of designs we like and modifications and enhancements by him that brings it all together. No shortcuts were taken during the process, with Raffini carefully guiding us through and explaining the little intricacies that he adds in his craft in creating an engagement ring that we adore.

We’ve purchased the wedding bends from Raffini in 2019 and besides being really beautiful, the process was really easy and the price lower than many other places we’ve looked into. Also Raffini is really personable and capable of making really complex rings, which is really good as you want to enjoy the process as well.
